The minutes of the 2003 meeting were read by the retiring secretary and were proposed a true record by William Atkinson, seconded Dave Johnson.
Finances.
The treasurer, Dave Johnson read his report and another good season increased the club bank balance from £1.130.95 to £1,240.03 an increase of £110.
The Open Match and Ship Open made a profit but subscriptions were down (£10).

The club is running under the N.F.S.A.A.
Dave Perrett reported that here are three trophies missing -
1) the 8th place
2) the junior Heaviest Bag
3) Junior Heaviest Fish.
Colin Stainthorpe asked that everyone should sign for the cups at the dinner presentation, with name and address.
Phil Mead asked if it would be possible for anglers to be in two divisions.
After a discussion members voted 'No'.
