2008 Winner Mick Chadwick from Scarborough with the 16 lb 13 oz fish part of a 19 lb 14 oz bag.
Whitby Sea Anglers Association held there annual open match yesterday Sunday 16th November 2008.
Eighty two seniors and four juniors took part in the shore event.
As you can see from the picture above Mick Chadwick was the winner with two fish for 19 lb 04 oz including the massive fish of 16 lb 13 oz job well done Mick!

Junior Winner was Ryan Vasey, runner up Sean Graham.
In total 23 anglers weighed in 34 fish for 110 lb 00 oz.
The weigh in took place at the middle Fleece pub where hot food was served, the presentation and raffle took place.
