Spitfire flypast this afternoon, disappointed they never made it over the River Esk, better still 'if' they had flown over the Abbey. Best I could do from the Captain Cook monument up on west cliff. Note the clipped wing spitfire on the end, also two are 3 prop & two are 4 prop (if that's the right terminology?).
