Afternoon walk around Sutton Bank Gliding Club airfield.  On a good sunny day these views will be colourful  Gormire lake  Rotten but still hanging  You can't see me, if I stand still? Fishing the Bell Trophy today, this cheeky Robin joined me. I had time to pull out , & unwrap my Canon 400D. As I took his picture he flew closer.  Another cold grey day, invested in a few bits & tried the droplet photography again. Few lighting issues at first ie shadows, and then my flash batteries died so was unable to do multi shooting. Steep learning curve.            Too cold outside & busy doing tonight's slideshows for Whitby Photographic Soc. Stayed in & 'tried' (being the operative word) to capture a Tungsten light bulb.  Afternoon walk on the old railway line, Sandsend - Telephoto 400mm  ↑ - Robin  ↑ - Geese
↑ - Curlews Few crushed monkey nuts to attract, the noise was deafening.
