Day 65 of 365 - Sun 5th Mar 2017

Sun rise was spoilt with heavy cloud, but just after 7am here the silhouette of Bamburgh castle against the rising sun.

Drove further north after breakfast, passing Budel bay until we had a view of Lindisfarne castle. Unfortunately it is enveloped in a curtain of scaffolding.
So an about turn & drove home after an enjoyable weekend.
Can fully recommend the Sunningdale Hotel, Bamburgh, as it is dog friendly, a must for us.
